All Flex Hires Experienced CFO and Sales Manager

All Flex has hired two key individuals to bolster the management and expansion of its high-performing business areas.
John Fallon joins the company as Chief Financial Officer, leveraging his experience as Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Financial Planning at Oshkosh Corporation in Dodge Center, Minnesota and as Director of Finance at Polyvision, and division of Steelcase located in John’s Creek, Georgia.
Greg Closser, president and CEO, said, “Our steady growth over the past 10 years in both heaters and flexible circuits has necessitated the need have a financial officer with substantial experience in high-growth manufacturing companies serving our primary market areas. John brings exceptional knowledge and experience in treasury management, strategic financial guidance, capital and asset management, and financial assessment processes, areas that will need additional attention as our company continues to expand.”
Chris Eisenberg comes to All Flex with 23 years of sales/business development experience in the flexible heater industry. Chris’s role as Business Development Manager brings strong out-bound sales attention to All Flex’s heater business in the USA and North America. His demonstrated success in developing new customers is expected to help All Flex meet revenue and profitability goals.
Closser added, “As our company enters new territory of growth and market position, we need to invest in all aspects of our business to support and sustain our growth. The additions of John and Chris build our overall team with new and expanding knowledge and experience areas which will help greatly to meet our short and long term performance expectations as a company.”
The addition of these two key individuals completed a national search and supports the company’s commitment to expand its presence in flexible heaters and new business areas.
