Naprotek Appoints New Vice President of Operations

Naprotek LLC, a provider of electronic manufacturing services, announced the appointment of Andrew Dalisa to the position of VP of Operations.
For more than 25 years, Dalisa has worked in operations with broad experience in supply chain, manufacturing, new product introduction, software development and automation.
For the last 10 years Andrew ran supply chain, production and quality for tier 3 EMS providers. He was responsible for bringing deep analytics to EMS providers and as a result doubled revenue year over year and stretched profit margins by 2X while increasing inventory turns, quality and customer satisfaction. He has demonstrated the ability to provide viable solutions to operational challenges by conducting root cause analysis and integrating improvements throughout all processes and departments.
