Prototron Circuit Tucson Acquires New AOI Tester

Kim O’Neil, general manager for Prototron Circuits in Tucson, Arizona, announced recently the company has purchased an Orbotech Discovery 8200 AOI.
Commenting on this acquisition, O’Neil said, “This acquisition represents an integral part of major structured upgrade that we are implementing here in Tucson. As we continue to increase our technology levels to better serve our customers, we also continue to invest in the future of this company.”
Added Dave Ryder, owner and president of Prototron Circuits, “We have seen our Tucson facility make great strides towards serving our high tech customers in the past few years, which is a trend that we will continue to not only encourage but invest in as well.”
